On behalf of myself hereby agree:

a) To indemnify The Council against all costs, claims, demands or liability made against or incurred by The Council arising out of the above-mentioned event\activity which are not attributable to the intentional or negligent act, omission or default of The Council, its agents or employees, and

b) To insure against such liability heretofore-mentioned for the minimum sum of £5 million in respect of any one event an Insurance Company of repute and will, if The Council so requires, produce such policy for inspection.
