Ainsdale Beach Permit

In order to use Ainsdale beach you need to obtain a permit, hold valid insurance with a minimum of £5 million public liability cover and ensure that you are familiar with and comply with the rules and regulations of using the beach. 

To get a permit:

1. Fill in the contact sheet and indemnity form.

2. Read the rules and regulations and sign a copy.

3.  Post the contact sheet, indemnity form, signed rules and regulations and copy of public liability insurance certificate to the Discovery Centre address on the Indemnity form

 4.  Ordinarily the permit needs to be collected in person at the Discovery Centre, but in special circumstances they will send it out by post.  If you wish to have your permit posted, please call the Discovery Centre on 0151 934 2969 and organise it with them and ensure you include a stamped, self addressed envelope with your application!

5.  Before collecting your permit, please call the Discovery Centre on 0151 934 2969 and arrange to pick the permit up.  Please note, the person that organises the permits works part time and therefore arrangements must be made in advance.
